Stealth Dinner Parties (10-20 people)
Shhh! Don’t tell anyone:
Chef Shoshana will design a menu for your approval; shop, cook, clean, and leave before your guests arrive, while you get to claim all the credit. Another fun way to entertain without having to work so hard to make it happen.

Private Dinner Parties: (6-30 people)
A private dinner party is a lovely way to enjoy a formal dinner in the comfort of your own home. The menu will be custom designed, cooked, and individually plated by Chef Shoshana. Our wonderful wait-staff will serve your dinner in style.

Event Catering: (50-200 people)
Event catering is usually served in a buffet style format for large groups. Family style dishes, brought to your table, is another fun way to serve groups as well. Chef Shoshana will design a menu to serve your guests as you wish. Event Catering often includes, but is not limited to, passed or tabled Hors D’ Oeuvres, Salad(s), Main Entrees, Side Dishes and Dessert.

Pricing
Events are priced at a per person rate. An estimate is given after your chef consultation. This entails a proposed menu, food costs, service needs, and overall time.

Gift Certificates
Treat someone special to a meal. Give the gift of food; be it a friend, a co-worker, new parents, whoever you want to feed. Gift Certificates start at $100.00

Passed Hors D’ Oeuvres

Stuffed Mushrooms: A mix of shallots, pistachios, herbs and sundried tomatoes stuffed into Cremini Mushrooms and topped with Gorgonzola Cheese
Parmesan Cheese Spinach Balls: Spinach and Parmesan Cheese, homemade breadcrumbs baked till golden
Vietnamese Shaken Beef with Lemongrass: Skewers of Beef marinated in lemongrass and wild herbs, grilled
